To simulate the conditions after a full re-installation, the following actions were taken :
1) Delete key library files, krep.dat and krep.bak from the folder "C:\Program Files\NCR APTRA\XFS PIN Service Provider".

Some keyboards, with older Serial Numbers, were being tampered after installing the software distribution package.
Solution:
Replace the oldest keyboards (Serial Number start with 000-XXXXX, 001-, 002-, 003- ) with later versions (Serial Number 004-XXXXX or later).
Below are instructions for NCR CEs to resolve the issue :-
EPP KEYBOARDS - FIRMWARE VERSION Per Level 2 firmware version MAIN_12 or earlier will have problems. Please do not dispose of any EPP Keyboards (Part Number 445-0671541) .

Solution: This is a known issue with AANDC 3.x (observed with versions 3.0 and 3.1). When EPP keyboard which was not initialized on this ATM is installed, AANDC 3.x fails to initialize it automatically.
• Boot Windows XP in Safe Mode (press F8 on Windows boot and select “Safe Mode”).
• Log in as Administrator (or other user with administrative rights). You will need to know appropriate login and password.
• Run Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
• Locate the following key and change its value to 0:

Ничего себе, так много информации здесь спасибо. Я не думаю, что я APTRA Advance установлена на моем жестком диске. Всякий раз, когда я выбираю "Supervisor" вариант я не получаю ничего, кроме пустого экрана. Я получаю регулярную диагностику экрана, где я могу поставить на мой ключ и пароль. Я пытался найти жесткий диск от NCR, но кажется, основной. Я вижу программа под названием Test Tools, но я не уверен, как его использовать.
