EPPV6 making problems

Hello,

hope you can give me some help, and yes, you may reply in russian (I am not able to write russian though).
I have an EPPV6 and I want to test it using KDIAG (for example). It recognizes the device, but says (USBIO error) "error code E0001303 Pipe not found" when i try to start any test.
How can i fix this?

Are there any other tools to read out the pin entry of the EPPV6 (pin pad)?

thank you for the quick response. firstly, sorry, I am new to this field, but I do not know what you mean by that. do you mean, that i have to create a crypta USB stick in order to make my EPPv6 work? are there any other ways to communicate with an EPPv6 (like xfs?). do i need device service from wincor nixdorf to make it work?
