ATM HANG / CARD CAPTURE IMCRW

Hi Friends,

When customer inserts card & it will stuck inside card reader, ATM goes to Hang mode.

There is no problem with IMCRW & can anyone tell me what will be the problem other than card reader.

I'm agree with Hal, try to change PC power supply, I think this will solve the problem.

On Pele II Mainboard, where HDD and CD-ROM are connected together,on IDE, try to disconnect CD-ROM or connect another CD/DVD ROM.

If it is Pele 2 and the cardreader is SCRW type ,you can try to replace RAM memory on motherboard! But yes,the usual suspects are Power supply ,HDD or Motherboard...
