We use user defined downloadable character set for Receipt Printer. In order to do so, we have created a file with the filename extension of FNT according to the descriptions of Programmer’s Manual for the 40 Column Printer (B006-4612).
We load it in the printer by sending the following command every time:
1BH (ESC)
26H ‘&’
<filename>
1BH 5CH (ESC) ’\’

Is there any solution for doing so without sending the command whether the font is permanently loaded in the printer memory or a Batch file loads this file automatically without the need for sending the command from the host?
